Great value and convenient location Our stay at this hotel was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the great value for money that it offered. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The cleanliness of the property was satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been improved. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. While the facilities were decent there were some areas that could have been upgraded or expanded to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel for its value and location

Location - next to street with late night food and club Check in - quite fast since arrived 130am Room - spacious. Air con is strong, shower and bed are comfy Breakfast - serves basic hot food and drinks Verdict - value for money hotel for basic needs

Great location but the hotel itself is very old and needs updating. Staff are friendly. You get a free drink the first night. Rooms are clean but spartan. There's a security box but maybe old. No microwave, no hot water maker. Bath is small. Hot water is limited. Bed is hard. Pool is large but not roof-top. Room smelled like cigarettes (but they will change rooms if you ask them). Morning breakfast buffet was very good. They have a good restaurant located in the lobby and massages are also available at a reasonable price. Reasonable prices and great location are the main reasons to stay here. Don't complain if you were warned and saved money.

There is a big difference if you get a renovated room or one of the old rooms. If you ask for a renovated room you will get it without any problem. Very friendley and service minded staff.

The improvement they did on the rooms is good, great to have this kind of floor instead of the old carpet. Old but clean and great location

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
