The only good thing about this place was that they offered me a room at 1am in the morning when my flight got delayed. Rest everything was beyond poor. The rooms were dark, dirty with no sound proofing. The toilets were disgusting. There was no tank for flushing! They have no breakfast or food service full stop there is a dispenser from where you can buy water and cold drinks but that's it. The staff is lovely and there is no doubt about it but unfortunately they haven't got much to offer. My advice would be stay away if you can however if you are at nowhere and needed room to stay overnight this place will be able to offer you some hope.

Hotel far from the city center. Clean but you feel communist mentality, and service is low. They ask you o pay ithe hotel parking when your their guest already at the arrival. You stay three only once.

You can either use the shower or toilet, water runs only in one. It's not that it "could be cleaner", it was just dirty - didn't dare to walk barefoot on the tiles in my room. Breakfast was bad, very limited choice and not very fresh (bread on Saturday!). Have to admit the breakfast table was refilled quickly. The bed was comfortable. NOT RECOMMENDED at this price (78 EUR for a double room per night).

This hotel is placed near train tracks and it kept us up a lot. The rooms had no AC and it was unbearably hot in them. The staff was lovely and everyone was very nice and we had no problems with the WiFi other than it occasionally being slow. If your goal is to only sleep it will suffice 👌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
