        An amazing hotel all round. The location is stunning and so scenic with a view of the sea or rolling hills and greenery everywhere you look. The infinity pool is huge and so nice. The rooms are great also , each room is its own little hut with balcony and sea view. The bathroom area is really big too. The service is incredible also, everyone is very friendly and will always help you straight away with a smile. Reception helped us plan our days out also which was really appreciated. Thank you for making it a great experience and i would definitely recommend it to anyone

        The hotel is really good, the beach, service and facilities are on high level. But there are some moments which I’d like to highlight to make guests’ stay more comfortable. I was missing these options. We stayed in a villa with 4 bedrooms and living room. First the air-cons are too loud. They are old and noisy. The second point is a TV system. There is no smart TV, so YouTube, Netflix and so on were not available. All of us like to watch some shows in the evening and had to do it on our mobiles instead of big screens. The TV equipment is old and not actual! The third is a meal a la cart. Mostly it was not very tasty. The buffet is good but a la cart food was 3 from 5. Expensive and not tasty. Anyway we had a great time, the hotel is really good and these notes I mentioned just to point out the things which can be improved.

        What an outstanding hotel! Absolutely beautiful grounds, waterfront villa was very spacious, wonderful restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Most of them knew our names on the first day and would greet us by name when we saw. Truly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

        Highly recommend Belmond Napasai. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a one bedroom oceanfront villa for a week. Everything was exceptional from the moment we stepped off the plane. The staff are amazing and provided wonderful friendly service in all aspects during our stay. Staff recognised us by name and stopped to chat with us each day. We loved that it never felt busy in the resort even though it was peak season. There is so much space and we had the luxury of stepping out of our villa and right on to the beach with lounges and umbrellas. We enjoyed being able to order delicious food no matter where we were in the resort. We did a number of activities during our stay and the staff helped us with all aspects; it couldn’t have been easier! We liked that the resort was out of the hustle and bustle but we could easily have a car arranged to take us out and about. Overall, highly recommend if you enjoy a quieter location and love exceptional service!

        Every part of this place is 5 star! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Napasai. From the moment you arrive, you feel as if you’ve come to paradise. We were warmly welcomed and provided with coconut ice cream and water whilst we waiting to be checked in. Once escorted to our villa, we were amazed by the size and scale of our room. It was magical and inflicted a king sized bed, porch and huge bathroom. We loved watching the sunset in our own private sitting area too. One of our highlights was the complementary activities provided daily. We took part in a kayaking tour which was very fun! There was also yoga, Mai Thai and a cooking class which you could get involved in. Each staff member greeted you every time you walked past them and they’d happily help with any query. The staff really make this place so special! The breakfast offered an amazing selection too! We loved starting our morning with a coffee and beautiful views of the sea. On our trip, we also ate at both restaurants which were truly spectacular! We will definitely be returning to Napasai! If you’re thinking of staying at this hotel, stop looking and just book! You will not be disappointed!
