Room was exquisite. I was booking a triple bedroom, but I got family room for 4 person instead. That's really nice. The room was quite big, so nice, and clean as well. Even it looked like an old kind of hotel, but it looks well maintained. The receptionist were nice and knowledgeable. Cons just the elevator wasn't connected to all floor. It has to move one elevator to another to reach my room in level 1. But overall was a pleasant stay.

Hotel is nicely location at good location in the heart of Paris with all the happening around here. Rooms we thought were little small to what we were expecting but I would say room service was fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh & beyond our expectation in terms of quality. Bakery items were sublime. Overall service from front desk to room service to breakfast was top-notch. Highly recommended this to everyone who loves to visit Paris.

The hotel is very spacious but a little dated, that's totally fine as has a traditional feel. The service in at the reception, bar and breakfast was great. The subway is just outside the hotel, and you can get to all attractions for less than 2 euros each. There is a cocktail bar and cafe either side which I highly recommend. Would def stay here again.

Good hotel and neat and clean rooms albeit a bit small. Location is good with many restaurants and a metro station at walking distance. Breakfast spread is very limited and they serve the same food daily. Some of the staff were great while some were grumpy and cold. Only from these few staff members we got the feeling that we did not get the same level of service as other guests from western countries.

The hotel is right next to a metro stop which is very convenient. Small cafes are outside the front door. The staff was friendly and gave good advice especially about how to get around the city. Getting to the room is a little awkward as you have to take steps and two different tiny elevators. The standard room was small for two people and I would have liked some coffee possibility in the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
