Very good value for the cost. Location is not close to the beach but it is close to plenty of restaurants, services and night life. The rooms are a nice size and well furnished. It is showing a little age but is maintained well and is clean. There is a nice pool and covered parking. Staff is nice. One down size is the noise from the nearby railroad, and potentially the nighlife nearby depending on the room.

Room was good, linens were a bit thread bare, probably due cost saving measures after a lack of bookings after two years of Covid-19 restrictions. Location was good, walking distance to pretty much of everything. Two good restaurants right across the street, short walk to 7-11, and night life area.

We had a short stay here (less than 12 hrs) so we didn't care about seaview room or stuff like that. And we drove so we don't have info about how far walking to the beach or main road. This place is good enough for what we paid. Our room was on 5th fl. and it was more spacious than we expected. Everything we needed worked properly (air-con, fridge, tv, shower, water heater, draining and flushing). Their cleanliness meets standard. Staff are nice too. Anyway, it's located very near the railway so I heard the noise once or twice but not a big deal cause it was in the early morning not middle of the night. And they require you to deposit 200 thb in cash during check-in so if you're a budget traveler, please don't forget to be ready for that. You'll get it back after check-out if you cause no trouble. 7-11 is very near.

Stayed here just over a week while in Hua Hin. The location of this property is great, there are a few restaurants and cafes next door and along the road in both directions. The beach is reachable in 10 minutes, just across the main road. There is also a shopping mall about 10 minutes away that has a Tesco and clothes shops and more restaurants. To get to the centre of town is around 20 minute walk but isn't too bad. The rooms themselves are clean and nice, everything you need with a fridge, wardrobe, TV and kettle with tea and coffee. The shower is good although the shower curtain is a bit annoying and the bathroom gets quite damp after a shower. Our room come with a balcony which was nice and relaxing. The staff where good and friendly enough. The pool is very nice although only has sun on during the morning. The only downside to this hotel is the trains that go past every couple of hours are quite loud. Parking out the back and front for both cars and bike. Overall a nice hotel with everything you need and a relaxing friendly stay. Would recommend.

Clean and cool in the room , bed was ok ,has a pool that is a bonus ,a lot of bars and shops close ...a little noisy at night but ok ....

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
