I stayed at Narcia with my son towards the end of July. We arrived late and was given a room that smelled of damp! There was also 2 huge beetles in our room, that I had to kill! We were told there was nothing else available! I was horrified! The next day we were given a new room with a better view and the rest of our time at the hotel was great! There is a hotel shuttle that takes you to the beach every 15 mins! Lots of things to do at the beach. There is no English breakfast but the food is ok, a bit repetitive but we ended up eating out. All inclusive drinks are nasty so I stuck with coke! Water sliders and pools are lovely and fun for both adults and kids! However there is not much supervision from life guards. Staff speak very little English but are nice and friendly. Most people are Turkish or Russian

not recommendable. We booked a 4-person room but got a 3-person room with the offer for our 3-year-old son to get a cot. (But we paid the full price) swapping rooms was no longer possible, since all the rooms were full. Facility was too crowded. too few staff for the number of guests. You could tell by the service and the cleanliness. overall very disappointing for 5 stars

Absolutely stunning hotel, it’s very very clean where cleaners are constantly cleaning toilets and floors. The room we had was lovely and the kids were comfortable too. The cleaners cleaned the room daily providing fresh towels everyday. There are 5 different pools but spent most of our time around the pool that has the water park as it was quieter and harder to get a sun bed. The time we went there wasn’t any English which felt kinda isolating as the staff spoke very little English and other guest didn’t know English but friendly enough. The food was amazing! So much choice and basically food was available 24 hours. I did find other guest there rude at times when it came to meal times as they just pushed in and basically was walking into you at times. There was a free mini bus that takes you to the private area on the beach which is just for narcia guests with a bar and also provided food. Lots is stuff for the kids to do and the entertainment for the kids was incredible. I advise to only take English or euros rather than Turkish lira as they have to work everything out on the calculator with lira. Overall we have had a fantastic holiday and are looking to return.

Cozy and clean room and great room service all day. Too many people for too small hotel. No place at the beach. Broken staff to bilard and tenis Very dirty spa and gym. Kind and funny animations personal. Without Mustafa holiday was boring - Hotels soul 🙏🏻

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
