Very friendly and helpful staff. Room comes with a kitchen. Very clean and spacious. 5 minutes walk to train station, so very easy to catch a train to other parts of Vietnam. Tasty coffee and Pho with fried dough for breakfast 😋 👍👍👍

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AT A DISCOUNT Do not trust this place. I booked 11 nights on a good deal on Agoda. All of a sudden (one week in advance) I get the message that they cannot accommodate me because there had been a fire. At the same time all the rooms were still available online at a higher rate. They kept telling the same lie, but at the same time, when my wife contacted them on Facebook under a different name, they offered her the exact room that I had, for exactly the same dates, but off course at more than double the rate. I don’t mind paying more, but if you make an offer and I accept, they should hold up their end of the deal and not leave me and my 2 year old daughter to find a new accommodation. They didn’t even try to find a new place for me, as did Agoda.

I have experienced living in this great apartment, the location is very close to the center, the space is cool, clean, quiet, but very close to restaurants, entertainment places ... cheap and reasonable room rates .. Nacissus Hotel and Apartment is a great choice when staying in Hanoi 😍😉

This is a great place for staying nearby Ha Noi railway station, around 5 mins by walk. It is located at peaceful street with lots of trees, especially around the street is clean, quiet. This is a new apartment and more modern than most similar properties. In short this is a place worth staying for long time in the center.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
