For the same money you will find a hotel that has gym, pool and is definitely not as depressing as this place. We booked 3 nights for 60 euro. Too much for a place this age, constant noise from the trains and just run down. It’s like Mina’s Morgul. The silver lining was the staff. Alert and helpful.

Don’t fall for the pictures you see on Google. Does not look like it at all. Old and dirty rooms. Smelly too. Shower not working properly. Small window. Extremely old carpet. Only good thing is the location when coming from the airport.

It’s very noisy here as theres a railway just beside the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper, just NO dont come. Also, the hotel is quite dirty, i got like red dots all over my arm, not sure if its bed bugs. The fridge is broken also? No hairdryer as well. But, yea quite understandable for its price. The location is not too good as well. Overall, i do not recommend this hotel. If you still want to stay here after reading this, remember to bring a universal adapter with u!

The rooms are a little bit old. You can hear the neighbors through the walls. The Tv is randomly placed on top of a fridge 😅 You are next to the MRT/Sky train station so you can eat the train all the time. Some of them also honk. The location is good for transport but not to sleep.

I stayed here for 3 days and 3 nights. The hotel is quite old. The corridor smells bad, and the room are full of mosquitos. I woke up with mosquito bites all over my body. They don't give toothbrush and toothpaste, all the electrical outlet /sockets in the room are all faulty. I was suprised that this is a 4 star hotel, it's more like 2star hotel to me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
