        Terrible staff! I stayed here for over a week and the staff here do not respond to messages. There’s literally no one to contact because there’s no front desk and the staff doesn’t answer 90% of their WhatsApp messages. They also STOLE a package of mine that said it was delivered. I’ve been trying to contact them about it for nearly a week and they keep ignoring my messages! Property isn’t cleaned properly. Makeup stains on sheets and pillows. Crumbs and stains left of dishes! You can get a place for the same prices elsewhere and actually have decent customer service. Very horrendous experience.

        Stayed over New Year 2018, helpful staff supplied extra chairs for table and allowed late check out as the apartment was not booked for that night. Great bus service from just outside direct to Central London via Knightsbridge. Modern, clean and decent sized rooms at a reasonable cost. Will stay again.

        Updated 20-Apr-2017: Not recommended. I have a long term booking for 2 months in this apartment. Our boiler broke down and the management haven't been able to get it fixed for over 2 weeks now. They just leave keys to a different vacant apartment each day to use for showers. There's nobody on site to speak to, and the folks on the helpline number can only provide limited help.

        A friend rented it out for the night and there was a noise complaint from music that had been switched off an hour before. The security came and threw us onto the street and put our stuff in bin bags on the street. Bare in mind we are 5 young girls in a area we don’t know. The security was rude. I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Avoid at all cost

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
