This hotel is quite dated, in both the rooms and public spaces.(The photos aren't like the real thing) The room was spacious, although quite musty. The bath/shower was very slippery. We seemed to be on an endless mission of asking for things that were necessary or wanted (kettle had gone missing before our arrival, toilet paper, water etc), both in the room and at breakfast.The reception staff for us were nice and polite and check in was easy. The location, that so many claim to be in a great position - is on a busy main road where there are a few quite expensive seafood restaurants aimed at the domestic market (no menus in English). Everything, including the Dragon Bridge is a Grab ride away (unless you like very long walks on busy roads). The area more suitable for foreigners is long and unwalkable and we saw many (foreign) tourists roaming around, especially at night - wandering where they could go. It is quite possibly (or most definitely) the worst hotel breakfast I have EVER eaten (and I've eaten a lot!). The coffee was weak, tasteless and cold (in a country that is the one of the largest producers of coffee beans in the world) - so weak I actually thought it was tea! They had empty trays with nothing being refilled, and what was refilled was almost inedible - cold greasy hard yolk eggs, congealed rice- claiming to be a 'fried rice' (how can you get that wrong in Asia?!) They ran out of bread and coffee at one point. The selection is limited and the quality unacceptable. Anyone (genuinely) giving positives for breakfast can not be use to eating decent food? I would not recommend this hotel and have now moved on to a beautiful hotel in a great location for a lower price too!

Location was decent for the rainy weather - few restaurants and cafes nearby. Great service. The service staff remember my name. Friendly and professional service from the moment you reach airport - I arranged for transport pick up all the way to room check in.

I am here with my friends and we really enjoy. The receptionist are very friendly and warm welcome. Executive room with Han river view is the best choice here. We will come back next year and stay longer with Nature Hotel. See yah.

This hotel is worth every single penny Breakfast is so good Salad, fruits, noodles, soups, toasted bread, egg, stir fry vegetables, rice chips and many more The staff is very friendly The room has a bathtub, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, washer gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, and lots more things I can't believe they have provided good service at this price Deserve more good reviews to appreciate their service of hospitality I have paid less than $20,

This is a relatively new resort in Danang but they don't seem to be making efforts for better customer service. We had booked 2 rooms 1 single and 1 double for 3 people. The single room had 3 single beds (no idea why!) . The big plus is this hotel had a bath tub with hot water facility.. the breakfast timings specified 6.30am - 9.30 am but when we reached at 8.50 am for breakfast, everything had been picked up and taken away! So we had to leave without breakfast..the room was overall clean but had ants in the wash basin (photo attached) and the other room had some issues with the water drainage.. overall they need to buck up if they want to stay in business..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
