Caution! Be aware that the hotel charges you 100 EUR for the final cleaning after checkout without your knowledge and permission. This is written only on the web site of the hotel but not mentioned in the reservation process, nor the reservation confirmation nor in the room or by check-in and check-out. This shall not be like that in the 4* hotel/apartment.

Really nice accommodation right by the entrance (which arriving on foot was very convenient for me). The rooms are very nice and the pool, sauna and steam room (hammam) are all very nice. I will be back. My prime disappointment is a general comment about the 'Naturist Village' which it is not ! It is 29 degrees today and yet only about 5% of people are naked in the village ! The site is actually 'one large Naturist beach with on-site accommodation plus background lifestyle activity'. Why do people who do not respect nudity come to a 'Naturist Village' ?

It was clean and tidy, well placed in the village. Not keen on a proposed €75 cleaning fee after a 1 night stay , it says this is waived if you clean yourselves which we did , will be checking my card to make sure we are not charged. If not thenI would say that this was the best value accommodation we have had at Cap

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
