Loved every minute of it. The staff are amazing and unbelievably hard working if only the people who went there to take full advantage of the free drinks remembered that. Great location close to the beach and town center and close to the golf course in salgados only a 10 Min drive and what a course it is! Beautiful sunrise from our balcony.

Nice hotel and it's all inclusive. Obviously there are restrictions with the AI but overall it works. Food is good and plenty of it. Bit of entertainment in the evening which gets the guests in the mood. Nice pools and the health spa. Just wish it was closer to the Old Town Albuferia as having to taxi in and out every night. Staff are great and very helpful.

Amazing place with great food and short distance to the beach. The only point which removed 5 stars is English knowledge of people at the bar. It was close to impossible to explain how much o make whiskey with coke.

Fabulous place, 2nd holiday here and improved bar/entertainment area from last visit. Great spacious rooms. Fabulous food and drink options. Pools, tennis, football all Great for teenagers and adults.

Stayed last week. Suites beautiful. Food very good but dinner could be better. Staff were unfriendly...which I was very suprised at. Everything seemed too much for them. Bar in evening...one person serving!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
