This was a fantastic hotel! It was our first one on our European adventure and it set the trip off great. The service was amazing, they were very nice, friendly, helpful. They recommended local spots to go, and really made sure we were having a good time. 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed here for a few days and thought it was a pretty nice hotel. The room was nice and had a balcony. The location is what stood out the most, it was in the center and you could walk everywhere. It was right next to a square with many restaurants and bakeries which was really convenient.

Nice helpful staff, big quiet room on the top floor, complimentary tea and coffee. Within walking distance from many historical sites and monuments. Some dinner options very close by: good Napolitano pizza at Mariauca (don't go to Fortunata as recommended by the hotel, very rude staff and expensive pasta). A pity there was black mold under and around the window just above the bed. Also humidity problems in the bathroom with an unpleasant smell, we had to leave the window open all the time. We told this to the staff and they said it's because the room is under the roof and there's a bathtub inside... The street of the hotel was dirty and smelly, not easy to drag your suitcase.

Excellent location, close to a lot but still very quiet down a side street. Staff was very helpful. Room had been recently renovated, was very nice and bed was comfortable. AC was good (not perfect but certainly better than other hotels I stayed at in Italy). I definitely wish I had done the breakfast every day- great selection, fresh coffee, meat, eggs, pastry, and fruit.

Excellent hotel with a great staff. The rooms are lovely and clean. Very modern, especially the bathrooms. The best part of the stay was the wholesome and full breakfast that I had every morning. Breakfast is downstairs and fully stocked with fruits, pastries, meats, and of course espresso. I stayed here for 4 nights. It's so central, but also tucked away so you get peace and quiet at the end of the night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
