So great in so many respects! The location will save you so much time and energy to navigate the most iconic sites of the city. The space is neat and clean and the staff is just awesome - lovely, helpful and genuinely caring people pleasant even to chat with! Thanks for the experience!

To all the tourists be careful, this hotel looks very good indeed. However, if you order your room too far in advance with an interesting price, staff will not hesitate to cancel your room 1 week before arriving if the period in Rome allows them to sell the room for much more. Having traveled for a long time, I have rarely seen people so unresponsive, cutting off all communication after this kind of scam and denying their responsibilities. A staff unfortunately not as professional as they claim to be.

Excellent location. Modern, very clean spacious room with a big window. Kettle with tea, coffee in the room. Hairdryer. Clean towels nice decoration, friendly staff. I honestly believe that us impossible to write a bad review for this wonderful place!

Do not book at this property! Scammers! We had a similar experience as others have stated here. We booked a room months ago through booking.com. One week before our stay, we received an email that our credit card number was wrong. We called the hotel & spoke directly with someone there & confirmed our reservation. We even received a QR code for our room. However, the next day we received notice that our reservation had been cancelled. Of course, now the rooms are more than double in cost. We were left scrambling to find another hotel at the very last minute before our trip! So unprofessional & greedy of this hotel operator!! Save yourself the headache & book somewhere else! On the bright side, our new hotel appears to be even nicer than this one & was less expensive! So…maybe they did us a favor!

In the middle of Rome, where you can walk to most of the sightseeings. A nice bed and breakfast, with nice staff if YOU are nice to them. They will change the content of the breakfast of you ask them. Sadly to say, there are people that don’t understand that you shouldn’t smoke in the rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
