Absolutely beautiful hotel with a super kind staff. I only stayed one day but I had a fantastic time here. My room was very clean and just beautiful. I also loved the view from the rooftop which is only available to guests. The breakfast was delicious and was on the rooftop which made it even better. My only complaint is you can hear your neighbors at night if they are out in the hallway. I don't blame the hotel since there are quite hours posted everywhere and these guests were just not listening. I definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again. Not only is it just a lovely place but it is walk-in distance from many great places.

Stunning and amazing place to stay. Staff were helpful and efficient.Rooms were cleaned. Rooftop bar with stunning views, and so lovely up there. Absolutely perfect 👌 would come again and recommended to everyone.

stay here for the location & rooftop! The views were literally amazing from the roof. The rooms are super average (same as any similarly rated hotel in Rome) but I wasn't there for the room! Would absolutely stay here again. Only negative was it was hard to reach the front desk - it said check in was available til 7PM I got there at 6 and there was no one to be found - had to activate my cellular to try to call the number &no luck. After 25 minutes someone came down, they had been hanging out on the roof. Same thing happened in the morning, I had to leave early to catch a flight and it was hard to track someone at the desk down to pay the bill for my room

Totally agree with another review that this place seems somewhat overrated and in my opinion doesn’t deserve a four star status. This “hotel” has a great, central location to many of Rome’s attractions and a hell of a view from its rooftop but it’s more of shared, apartment type situation than a true hotel. The staff was very friendly but I would look elsewhere for my next visit to Rome!

The service in the hotel was very average, showing absolutely no flexibility on anything. The rooms are very old and need to be renewed. There is a terrace for which they show publicity but then it is not available. The only good thing is the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
