Milly was very helpful and accommodating as we checked in, the suite was really large and free tea coffee water and wafers each day was a nice touch. Only downsides were initially finding the place (look for the tiny sign by the door) and the first climb of the stairs was tough going after a long day travelling and carrying the bags. However this was very minor and the location was fantastic compensation- the square and streets around were filled with good places to sit and people watch and to eat delicious authentic food. Wonderful place we will be recommending to others visiting Rome in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience. Perfect for our 3 younger kids. The location is amazing. All Roma sights less than 25 minutes walking. Marco, Natalia, and the rest of the staff made sure our stay was smooth. Would stay again.

We had a pleasant stay. The precautions to minimise the sound nuisance from the music from the restaurants and cleaning vehicles of the city of Roma were not good. Had to use earplugs to get any sleep. Services of the cleaning lady was good refilled our fridge with drinks and the location from touristic point of view was fantastic

Excellent place to stay. Very helpful owners. Excellent location. Rooms large, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here if in Rome again. Breakfast is in a really nice cafe which is very near. Stairs might be an issue for older/very young guests alright as others have said.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
