Worst "hotel" I've ever been, and i went to bad ones, this one wins. place is horrendous, anything works, bathroom is dirty, our room was a child bed and the other old and full of powder. Staff is impolite and "it will be charged" everything. they will charge you 10€ for every hour you came late, and good luck finding the receptionist, we had to wait like 10 minutes to get in. There's a sheet behind the room doors where it says it will charge money for doing almost anything like leaving the fan turned on, on a room that was like a sauna while in the street it was cold. it will charge for anything so whatch out. And it was super noisy all the time. If you are reading this consider going to another one. to sleep one night

So the only bright side is that the room was spacious. Apart from that everything else was a disaster: bugs in the toilet, wifi connection not working in our room, fealty kitchen (awful breakfast made out of some prepackaged sweet croissants and cornflakes), fan that was not coping with the heat in the room. We have paid 50 euros for one night and I am glad that I was there for one night only.

+ the location is very near to the Central Station (the only good thing) + It's relatively cheap - The bed linen and towels are changed ONCE a week -The staff was insanely bored, spoke only broken english and explained everything quite ... rudimental - We didn't get any city-planners, recommendations (food, sightseeing, shopping etc.) or other useful information regarding for example public transportation - the staff was also nonexistent during our stay, there was this little reception area but nobody was there -The room was not as pretty as we expected it to be, we got this IKEA like bedroom with pink bedding, pink chairs and floral cushions. -The breakfast is not really what I call italian (Cereal and packaged sweets) -The bathroom is quite hard to handle bc of the many guest showering for ages. -The window is not meant to be open bc of the lack of a mosquito net (something that's necessary in Italy) -It's also quite loud bc of the rather big street right next to the hotel -The garden is also not that pretty, looks more like a construction area .... -Nobody told us which WiFi to use (there are several open ones) so we had to try and wait, connection is also not the best (WiFi Connection disappeares often) - The building apparently doesn't have a lift so we had to get to the top by foot which is quite hard to do with luggage and other stuff - The room was unbearable hot and opening the window was only a noisy option + mosquito - danger (fan didn't do a lot of work) - You have to pay extra for everything (being noisy, wanting to have washed sheets, etc.) - Everything is really old, the kitchen doesn't look good as well and you shouldn't have a second look in any corners - The shower head doesn't have much power and hot water is also not always available We stayed here for two nights but never again, I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone, don't know how it got such a decent rate ...

Good things: privacy of the room, fresh and clean bed linen and towels, good accessibility, good location. Bad things: the toilets were dirty and broken, you couldn't use the shower and there was so little space.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
