The rooms were advertised as non smoking, but had been saturated with the smell of tobacco smoke. The triple room is not suitable for three people as the sofa bed is not flat, is too short and lumpy. Absolutely impossible to sleep on. The double bed is ok and the location is fabulous but the misleading info in hotel advertisement spoiled my holiday.

Bugs in the Room, dirty, and very little, horrible days with my baby. Don't Book here and go away to find better place. I had to pay more to switch in the suite because they doesn't want to return money when I wanted to leave.

It is more like a hostel not a hotel The lobby in the second floor and there is no elevator to the second floor but there is an elevetor from the secound floor and above We had a triple room it was big the toilet is not that big the breakfast is very poor

No doubt the location is good only 10 steps to gulhane tram station. But the service is not good. About breakfast there is a big cheat They say that we offer an open buffee for breakfast but they only give one plate even an egg is not included in the plate just cheese slice butter bread and pepperoni pieces in the plate. I have traveled 8 times in turkey in different cities like istanbul,antalya,izmir,denizli,ankara and stayed in many hotels but it was the worst experience of my life in istanbul to stay at this hotel. The staff delivers breakfast at the restaurant they have no manners about how to talk to the guests and people.

The worts hotel i have ever booked. They said it is 4 starts hotel !!! It is not even half star. Everything is dirty, towels, bed, floor, corridor. Room is very tiny and unorganized. Please do not book here even if they provide you a free night. اسواء فندق على الإطلاق من جميع النواحي.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
