You can't ask for a better location, right at the center, the hotspot of Madrid. Brilliant service, reasonable price ( we got the double room for 60 Euro) and standard room. The room have TV, safe box, toiletries. They have a common coffee machine at the reception. The receptionist were very helpful and polite. The hotel is very specific with the check in and check out timings which makes sense because of the bookings they have. They provide a cool breakfast box, if you have early flights. Highly recommended. Grab it quickly whenever you get it below 70€.

I stayed here with a friend for 2 nights. Great location! Free coffee at the lobby/reception area. 24hrs front desk. Friendly Filipino receptionist who speaks Spanish and English. You have to leave the key at the front desk when you leave the hotel. Small elevator and stairs are available. Room is ok, nothing fancy but good value for money. Quality of sleep is good. Blow dryer available. No coffee machine or water heater for tea in the room. Private shower, toilet and bidet. Hot water available!👍

Spent 4 nights at this hostel. It is located in the heart of Madrid. Like 2 min walk from/to Primark. However, the rooms were very small and dark. And I was not happy with how much I have spent on those four nights for the quality of the hostel. The hostel is close to Five guys gran Via , Mcdonald’s, Kiko Milan (make up store), Uniqlo.

Hotel was perfectly located for extremely easy access to Gran Via and Sol. You have multiple metro lines within a couple minutes walk. The espresso machine was a great option in the lobby as well as the fruit and snacks for a simple express breakfast. However the hotel was very awkward. First, they don’t have key cards, so you’ll have to carry around a very large key chain. Also the toilet could not be used in a normal position which was terrible. The room was just not very nice in general and the air conditioner never turned on so I slept with the windows open. I wouldn’t pay more than 75€ a night.

Good location. Elevator starts from the second floor. Extremely cramped small rooms. Old fashion key system which had to be handed in at front desk on leaving.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
