        I tried lots of hotels that was the worst in customers service. They charged us for late checkout without informing us about that strange policy when we arrived. Other hotels would tell when is the checkout and they usually call to remind you but they didn’t. I actually went to other hotels if you reserved for several days and they don’t have other reservations in your room they won’t mind being late for extra few hours and if they have other people that reserved your room they would call to tell you politely that it’s time for checkout. will never come again.

        Prime location. Spacious and clean rooms. However, housekeeping were taking some items from the room (i.e. the room key that was left in the room and a toilet roll that was in the bathroom), which made us wonder what other stuff were missing that we didn't pay attention to!

        Stayed there for four days. Booked via online through a third party. Rooms are ok ok. Booking room for two and providing washroom amenities only for one is their greatest attraction. The chair has burned marks due to cigarettes. Room size is ok. Toilet is also ok . ( For a budget hotel it's fine). One of the lights was flickering for the first five minutes whenever it switched on. TV is the old one with outdated display. Tried food from restaurant. Service was poor. Wait about 15 minutes to place the order (tried club sandwich). Food quality was under average. Facility is fine but service need to be done better. They collected a security deposit while checkin and they didn't reimburse yet 😔.

        Rooms have cigarette smell all over.. No good food or restaurant. If you looking for good breakfast to start the day, then this hotel is not for you. No bar.. So overall avg hotel.

        Is so bad experience Mr. Ayyoub name of reception we talk already polite and nicely but the way he talk is so rude! I WILL NEVER EVER BACK TO THIS HOTEL. WE CAN'T ENTER IN THE ROOM WE ARE TWO LADY ONLY WILL STAY BUT MY FRIEND PASSPORT IN IMMIGRATION BECAUSE HER VISA ON PROCESSING. WE CAME FROM DUBAI WE WANT TO VISIT ABU DHABI TO RELAX BUT ENDING THEY GIVE US BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
