Really pleasant stay. Lovely staff. Strong air conditioning. Daily housekeeping. Great beds. In this area, take Ubers at night. Very close to new hip spots in District Six. Only one hummer: my TV didn’t work and I asked them to fix it, they couldn’t, then delayed maintenance, and it never got sorted.

If I could have given six stars, I would have. Especially for the service we received from EVERYONE, from managers to cleaning staff. What a breath of fresh air to be treated so courteously by such a group of well motivated and well trained people. Full marks to management for your selection and training of your staff. Full marks too to your excellent Good Neighbour Café. Good food, great service and pleasant and clean surroundings. The best pizza I've had in a long time. We wish you great success in your endeavours. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Genuinely felt like being home away from home. The rooms are incredibly spaceous and neat and I had a really beautiful view. The service was also very incredible and the staff was extremely kind and welcoming🥰. Definitely enjoyed my stay. It is also just generally located in a good area where you could easily have access to so many shops. Overall, a 10/10 experience 😍. Can't wait to come back ❤️.

This is a great modern facility and the staff is really friendly, especially.Tamika and Joe. Every time they saw me in the morning they would ask how I was doing and upon returning to the hotel from being out they would ask how my day was. They both always ensured that I was comfortable. Their genuine concern warm smile made it all seem familiar. Thank you, Tamila and Joe. You made me feel welcomed. During my stay, the other guests on my floor were a bit noisey in the hall but otherwise lovely modern accommodations and a great little cafe on the ground floor.

Enjoyed my stay at East city. Would recommend this place to travelers and adventurers alike. The view in the evening was cool, really cool. Communal kitchen and workspace were well equipped and convinent spaces. Housekeeping is really good. And reception is friendly and understanding. My highlights were, the aircon, work table desk in my room and the café on the ground floor. I absolutely love how chic and cute the space is, definitely a sweet-tooth's slice of heaven. Security was very vigilant especially since the entrance is on a busy road (in terms of foot traffic).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
