My family and I stayed here for one night while visiting the aquarium and Universal. The hotel and staff were great. They handed out little holiday gift baskets to the kids in the lobby, which was nice. You can’t beat the proximity to the park. Higher floors have a great view. There are complimentary coin lockers in the lobby for those needing to store luggage prior to heading out. Overall it was a great stay for a reasonable price. I would definitely consider staying here if we visit Osaka again.

We had high floor superior rooms. Rooms had great views. Large bathtub was nice after being in park all day. Amenities included a bag for all the stuff we bought. The extension cord to charge devices was helpful.

One of the worst hotel that I even stay in Japan. The 4 bedder is actually 4 pull out beds. The price of this hotel doesn’t justify for the quality of the stay. Other than location , nothing great about this hotel. Pack with students when I was there, seem like is a budget hotel for local. Probably just that the price doesn’t apply for tourist. Btw, there is no laundry machine in this hotel . Might need to consider the hotel next to this if you need to wash cloth.

Great location. That is about it. Rooms were dusty and outdated. Some staff are great and others are lacking in customer service. The breakfast was heated up frozen food and common drink machine with very bitter coffee. Bedroom was cramped and bath/toilet combo was very 90s. The toilet seat fell off and the tv was very old. Carpet felt grimy and not comfortable for bare feet. For 700$ a night for 3, I would try a different hotel.

The room was very outdated and the bed side tables were dusty. Choices for the breakfast buffet were very limited. I can say that it’s the worst breakfast buffet I had had during my 6-night trip in Japan. With the price being charged by keihan, $32500 yen a night, I’m very disappointed. The day before staying at keihan, we paid $27000 a night at another hotel by keihan. Their room was spacious, clean, and updated. Their buffet offered a variety of choices, over 40 different dishes to choose from and they are delicious and fresh. I will not recommend keihan to anyone to be honest.
