I really like the location very convenient and practical. Accessibility to WiFi and the in house safe is amazingly straight forward. Interior finishing is absolutely stunning,relaxing and gives the ideal calm one needs to feel at home. Parapet is doing a great job with the cleaning 👍😊. Overall I love it and definitely will be back here.

It's a nice residential area, with beautifully furnished rooms and garden. They are affordable with a beautiful fully functioning restaurant at the ground floor. However, the road to the apartments is not the best and it's highly likely that you'll miss the apartments if it's your first time going there, because the name was taken down due to the road construction. However it's listed in Google maps so that's good. There's working Wi-Fi and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff and accommodation are excellent, I would have given 4 stars. My first negative is the 4 channels they provide for TV viewing. My children and I need more of variety of channels for the price we pay to stay there. Choices were CNN, Soccer, Rugby, and Cartoon Network. My other negative, this perhaps more of a personal preference, was that on occasion I had to take a lukewarm shower because of the Solar Hot water system that they have. I enjoy a HOT shower every morning to wake up and on occasion one to relax before bed...

The place has good apartments well furnished.The services are also good and the security is also good.It has ample parking too.Very ideal for business trips.Its just next to the road and the shopping malls are just a walking distance

Extremely very crappy apartment to live in in Nairobi. There are far much better serviced apartments to live in around Nairobi. Please don't waste your money here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
