We really enjoyed our stay at Nelu Villa. They have a nice pool and from there terrace a view to the Lions rock. They even drove us to town one time and were super helpful. The bar staff was wonderful and always did a lovely presentation of our cocktails which were very yummy. Also the selection of breakfast was great. A nice place in Sigiriya!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and my stay was a mix of highs and lows. This hotel boasts a breathtaking location with stunning view of the ancient sigiriya rock and nearby paddy field. So this place is perfect for relaxation and unwinding. When it comes to the condition of the rooms they were generously sized and with comfortable beds, and ensuring a good night’s sleep even though our room was near by the dining area. Bedsheets and tables were all clean but I was so disappointed by what I saw when I went to the bathroom , the commode had not been flushed. So it seemed like that they did not pay attention to the complete cleanliness of the room. The other thing was the towels were not clean and smelly. However the staff was very friendly and warm welcoming and also always accommodating to our requests. When talking about the dining , the hotel’s restaurant offers variety of delicious local and international dishes. But we bought only breakfast from them and that was particularly delightful. The electricity in our room was unreliable as it went off several times even in the middle of the time. So this was frustrating and bothered to our sleep. There was a pool in the corner of the paddy field near by the hotel. So we could have fun and enjoy the leisure time as we wished. So depending on your priorities and preferences, it could be a satisfying stay for a peaceful retreat, but there’s room for improvement to make it an even better experience.

Amazing hotel, good location near the main road of sigriya, great view of the lion rock. The staff were amazing, in one of our drives to see the sunset we ran into wild elephants and got stuck, the hotel manager sent his staff in a matter of minutes with a car and a motorcycle to scare the elephants so we could leave safely. Very nice people!

The perfect place to stay in during a stay in Sigiriya. From the rooms and the open dining area there is a view of the famous lion rock. We had a great time chatting with the hotel staff - which had many interesting Sri lankan facts to share with us and gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip. The rooms are clean as well.

Beautiful property, with a nice exterior arwa and pool. The view from the bar upstairs is gorgeous. However, The room was not very clean. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately I can't recommend it due to the lack of cleaning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
