Our apartment was very comfortable and well appointed but could have benefited from a couple of chairs for the table/desk. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, particularly when our flight was very delayed and we were allowed to "camp" on the garden terrace for four hours. Much appreciated. The swimming pool was a nice addition but so dark! Where were the lights? All in all we enjoyed our stay, highly recommended and would happily book again.

Careful No WiFi in the rooms, unstable in the lobby and staff does not speak English! Staff are very unwilling to help when problems arise. They said they would change my room to fix the WiFi, made me pack up and check out only to come back to the same room 3 hours later. The staff makes the reception desk job look like it's the hardest job in the world by overcomplicating simple requests.

Rooms were fantastic. Had everything we could dream of (almost). Had functionality to ChromeCast, but it didn’t work for us. Some server on the internal network didn’t respond. Not the end of the world for us, enjoyed ourselves anyways. Other amenities were just as good. Pool and fitness were great. Very walkable hotel. Close to everything we needed with the beach, stores and supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Staff was very uninterested and a bit rude. We did not get key to our room as their machine was broken apparently. Staff did not say even sorry for the inconvenience they literally just got us into the room and shut the door. And we just stand there without even beeing able to turn on lights. When I got back to reception to ask for card lady said that machine is broken and nothing they can do. Not accommodating and talked like it is our problem that we don't have our room key. I had to ask for the light key to get one. In the room half of the cupboards were locked and missing a lot of essential things. There were teas and coffees to use but without kettle to heat up water for example.

I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and really loved the room. It was clean, spacious the bed was the comfiest bed I ever slept on. The room also had a large balcony with nice views. The reception staff were friendly and always there to help. We didn’t read the reviews before but if you’re thinking of staying here then I’d ignore the other reviews, because they have clearly improved. I have zero complaints about our stay. It was great and the location is perfect, everything is within a walking distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
