If you value a silent night's sleep your sleep will be disturbed do expect some noise. The noise of the vent internt connection I believe went on all night long, The drains made noises all night, cars making noises that cant be helped, Staff and location is excellent. Room size is big. Hot shower was available, kettle is in the room and hairdryer to. They accommodated early chek in which was nice. The towels are plenty. The internet is really good.

I booked 2 nights on 28 July 2023 was very bad and worst nights of my life. 1st of all it’s not clean rooms , beds and bathrooms. 2nd bad reception 3rd shared Air conditioner they are closing Air Conditioner every night in summer you will feel hot. 4th bad breakfast.

Stayed in this hotel for 8 days while in Baku. A quite hotel tucked away in a corner plot. Stone throw distance from Nizami Street, Fountain Square & Ichery Shaher. Breakfast is very basic. Not buffet but served at table. Rooms are big & wash room big. Sometimes they switch off the exhaust & the toilet smells. But generally it is great. Big shout out to the boys who strives hard to solve problems in spite of language barriers. All in all the guys in the picture served us like a friend

Dirty rooms, dirty towels. Bathroom always was messy. Limescale everywhere. Breakfast is terrible. Price is cheap and location is great. The hotel has great potential. Just needs a deep, deep clean and it can be great. Never had any issue with the service and the staff were very nice. So I hope these issues can be cleared up. Then Nemi will be a great hotel. Every staff member was very nice. I stayed for 5 nights in total broken up over 8 days and I had great experience with the staff at all time

Very bad service specially the night reception man he is very rude, worst service, room not clean, and they r really thief's they hide my bag, last year also they hide my shisha and this time also they hide my bad , very very bad service and full of attitude, specially the night guy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
