        First of all, the location of the hotel is excellent! Walking distance of a few minutes to the center and the bus station, which makes the trip on the island very convenient. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us a lot with inquiries after our flight was cancelled. The hotel is also very clean, tastefully decorated rooms.         Great place, far from the noise of Fira center, while being right next to it. The staff was awesome and caring !! The room was beautiful (like the building), and the pool a nice addition for a bit of relaxation on the evening. And the breakfast was very nice too! Very good experience.

        Very stylish and new hotel. We loved the design of the rooms and the pool. Good breakfast. It is well located to get around (bus station and city center are both ca. 5 min away by walking) but surrounding around the property is not super nice (yet).

        Stayed at the Neo Suites during September 2023 Location is brilliant with only a very short walk into town but far enough away from the noise of the Santorini nightlife The rooms are comfortable, the plunge pool was so welcome on hot afternoons and the staff were helpful and welcoming I will definitely be returning

        I had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent boutique hotel in Fira, Santorini, and I must say, it was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived until the time we reluctantly checked out, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfection. This place truly deserves every one of its five stars and more. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the attentive service throughout our stay, the staff members were simply outstanding. Their genuine warmth, friendliness, and eagerness to ensure our comfort and satisfaction were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, providing valuable local insights and recommendations. One of the staff members, named Fivos, stands out for being exceptionally helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests. The morning spread at this villa was also delightful. The interior of the room was tastefully designed, it also features a private heated pool, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay. Aside from the impeccable hospitality and breathtaking interiors, the hotel’s location was also superb. We were 2mins walk to the town centre and 5 mins walk to the bus station. Despite its proximity to the city center, the surrounding area of this location is peaceful and quiet. If you're looking for a luxurious retreat with impeccable service in Santorini, look no further. This hotel will exceed your highest expectations. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in this heavenly oasis.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
