My recent stay at Hotel NEO Tendean was nothing short of extraordinary. From the elegant lobby to the impeccably clean and stylish room, every detail exuded luxury. Wonderful place and good value for money. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, one that stood out especially was Miss Imelda, she was always smiling and was always very helpful. Would definitely come back and would recommend.

Stay here during my anniversary holiday trip in Jakarta. Had a high expectation staying in a branded 3 stars hotel in Tendean area (not really high, I know this is a 3 stars, but an enough, standard-all-good one) First pre-arrival experience is great with below notes: 1. Very easy use of the membership application interface 2. The email and notification sent to my email is just very informative and efficient (Confirmation email, pre-check in email, breakfast voucher email) I loved how they managed it! 3. The room discount for members is just the same amount of the price shown in Traveloka, means there is no special rates actually. But anyway I choose to book direct via the membership tools. (I forgot to screenshot) Another review about the other experiences: 1. Okay service provided by the reception 2. Very appreciate the hotel effort to give us the cute animal towel decoration for our anniversary! Love it 😍 they really focused on the guest’s preferences and action it well 3. The hotel and rooms are not really well maintained ☹️ lots of chipping, the information board in the elevator just left empty in a poor condition, our room wall has a long pink stain near the ceiling (Maybe from previous’s guest decoration?) I think the hotel can do better in the maintenance side. 4. After checked-in, we were looking for places to get a cup of coffee, and see from the map the there is 1 cafe nearby (10 minutes walk). But when we returned to the hotel from the outside of the lobby, we just realized that they have a coffee corner just beside the lobby with a cheap price! So bad we couldn’t try it, maybe the cafe exposure can be a bit better. 5. Things to highlight that above our expectations: THE BREAKFAST IS SOOO DELICIOUS 😍😍 Kudos to the Chef and team, even with a simple breakfast menu, it’s really good. Thank you for making our morning to the airport be a great one 🤩 Okay that’s all, I really like the brand, just honest opinion I think that this hotel can do much better than this to keep up the brand image in the maintenance and building side. Thank you for your hospitality and hope that we can return back in a much better experience.

A great experience to stay. I came to attend the coldplay concert. It was smooth in every step. Easy to booking and confirm for reservation, i ask for early check in and it just happened. The room was clean no spot worth in every peny you spend. The location was superb, just 10 minutes to the GBK. And it just perfect stay. Thank you Mba Weny for perfect assist.

Surprisingly the breakfast is good with variance of food. I like the infuse water, very fresh water. The room is clean and comfort. Also the price is moderate compare with the service. Anw, I also ordered Indomie goreng & rebus for only IDR15,000/each 😋 so yummy!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
