👍🏼: - Very spacious rooms - Gym - You can leave your luggage 👎🏼 - Extremely noisy. You can literally hear everything that is going on outside. Very difficult to have a good sleep - Don’t really recommend the breakfast

One of my favorite hotels in Madrid. Very good location, near Manuel Becerra, in the Barrio de Salamanca. Clean and functional rooms, friendly staff. And very good breakfast (that's important for me 😉)

Service is absolutely amazing. Breakfast was very disappointing. I do regret paying 18 euros for 2. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. But to be in this neighborhood this is a very good price. Win some lose some 😀 and you get what you pay for.

The location is great. It’s in the Salamanca neighborhood which is very desirable, cute, and nice and not far from the high end Jorge Juan street too. The A/C was not working in our room. Rooms are decent, but clean. The elevators are the worlds smallest elevators only fitting two people barely. Next time I’ll stay at another hotel that’s adults only. Our first morning eating breakfast was met with a whole group of loud kids. Not enjoyable.

Good location but the walls are very thin so the person speaking next door could be heard clearly. Also I was next to the door to the roof terrace which was banging very loudly until very late at night. FInally, the air conditioning heated the room so it was hot. All together that made for virtually no sleep which made my working day very difficult. If you need to sleep, probably not the best hotel. The breakfast was quite good, and the roof terrace was nice, as was the private terrace in the room (7th floor) but better for vacation than work.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
