We stayed at the hotel in January with our 2 small kids (1 & 2) and had a great time. Great location, very accommodating and welcoming staff. It was easy enough to move around the hotel as well as Sultanahmet (Old Town) with everything conveniently located to the hotel. The staff in particular were very helpful and caring especially towards the kids example they would help lift the prams from the street side to the hotel which has some small stairs at the entry. With a Hamam and spa down stairs as well as roof top restaurant on site, this made it a well rounded hotel to stay at for us. We would go back there without hesitation.

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our stay here exceeded any expectations we could've set. From the moment we walked in the door, we were offered tea or coffee. In the morning, their breakfast selections were also excellent, and they varied slightly for each day. The front desk was also very knowledgable about local tourist destinations and quick to help with scheduling or making phone calls. Would highly recommend staying here.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a welcome drink, and our room had a welcome note and delicious Turkish delight waiting for us. The terrace of our room had a fantastic view overlooking the mosque. All the staff we encountered were friendly, but special thanks to Utkan, who was always ready to help and answer any questions with a friendly demeanor. We had to leave early in the morning due to our flight time, but it was surprised that they provided us with a boxed breakfast. Our trip to Istanbul was beautiful, made even more memorable by the friendly and excellent hotel service. Thank you so much for all your assistance.

The Hotel was everywhere wanted in an Old City experience. We were not being pushed into things we did not want and it was the service was beyond anything we could have asked form. The recommendations and care from the concierge were spot on saving us lots of time and money. The room was very clean and everything worked. Breakfast service was tasty and worth every lira. We left with a warm hug from the staff.

The location is great but that is just the beginning. Best attention ever, thanks to everyone in neorion hotel, make you feel like home. Besides they have a plus with the roof terrace and the pool, highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
