The Nern Chalet resort and was thoroughly impressed with the fantastic beach front view. Although the property needs a revamp, or like a major. The receptionist who catered to us that day was incredibly accommodating and kind. The sun lounge with the pool with the fantastic view was awesome. This resort is perfect for family and 'Furs". My family and I had a wonderful time while we were there. The picturesque beach view was breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. The pool was a great way for us to cool off after a day of exploring the area.

Great place for dog owners. Some hotels allow dogs, other hotels are dog friendly (there's a huge difference). Nern Chalet is without a doubt a very dog friendly hotel. All the staff members were very happy and comfortable with dogs, including our 70kg bullmastiff. They even had an area to wash your dog after coming back from the beach and old towels to dry them off. The hotel itself is old and lacks more modern amenities, but clean. However, it's located on a very lovely and quiet and clean beach. So the views from the seaview rooms and dining area are great. Access to the beach is just going down a few steps. The 2 rooms we stayed in had big balconies you could sit and relax on, or in our case dry the dog and our clothes. So if you're looking for a quiet place with a great view with clean beach and not too concerned with having modern amenities this is a good place. If you want a new modern resort this might not be for you.

Wonderful staff, lovely beach location, perfect for long walks. The outside patio, where breakfast is served, is clean and spacious. The infinity pool is a good place to lounge in the sun with drinks. 24hr room service and massages on the beach or in room are available. There is a transit stop across the street. Expect to pay 150-250B to get to the downtown or night market by taxi. Great value overall. Showers could use a longer wall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
