I'm not usually one to complain but the room in this hotel was one of the worst, if not, the WORST I've ever been in. WI-FI was horrendous, connection cuts every 15 seconds and I'm not exaggerating. Soundproof was basically non-existent, you could hear people talking next door clearly. Heating in the room did not work and if you're visiting in winter like I did, you will have a miserable time. The worst part is the washroom. The water in the bathtub drains so slowly that the level rises up to your ankle when you are done with your 10 mins shower. The only good part of this hotel is its location which is very convenient. If you are on a budget and location is important to you, then I guess this will do but remember you will not live comfortably during your stay. Would not recommend and will definitely not return.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience. It seemed like someone had plucked hairs with tweezers, and they were scattered all over the wall next to the mirror. I noticed this mess as I was leaving and, due to time constraints, informed the cleaning staff without officially complaining. Rather than addressing it appropriately, they hastily wiped it away with their hands on the spot. The pre-guest cleaning seems alarmingly rushed. Did they genuinely clean? It's truly disconcerting. For those planning to use this hotel, please be aware of this.

Very bad experience at the counter. We traveled with two other friends who are leaving for the airport in the afternoon, and wanted to store luggage together, but they don’t allow our friends to store the luggage’s together and had a very bad attitude when rejecting us. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.
