Excellent service staff (standard in Japan) 15min walk to Umeda station, plethora of food shops and shopping centres. Reviews were accurate. If you’re carrying > 2 cabin bags, best to book a twin room + noisy since it’s on the highway. A bit dusty but overall———-> passable for resting.

The room was too cramped for two people, mainly because we mistakenly chose a single bed, leaving us with insufficient space to organize our luggage. Additionally, the bathroom had a bad smell, possibly indicating a sewage issue. The odor was strong, making it uncomfortable to use the restroom. The service was okay. One of the guys seemed to be having a rough day, but the others were friendly. The location is excellent because many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Surprisingly, someone mentioned ghostly happenings in their review, and I went through a similar uneasy experience at night. At first, I thought I was imagining things about the hotel being haunted, but it seems I'm not alone, so there might be some history to it.

A bit distance from the major Osaka station / Umeda subway, you will need to walk 10+mins to the entrance, hence the area is quite quiet than the busy Umeda area but still walkable. The room is tidy and spacious (due to lack of large tables or cabinets) which is good for travelers with many items. The toilet and bathtub is bigger than those i visited with same room size too. However you can see dust behind the television. Also it lacks USB charge port as it only got one at the bed head. But for single room with double bed, it is quite ok with the price.

Small but cozy, first choice for sole traveller. I stayed at the hotel for five nights and the experience is awesome. The male staff can speak English fluently, so there's no need to worry about the language barrier. Also, they're very professional and nice! The room is compact to me. Another thing that surprises me is that they're using the balmuda kettle, and other accessories are quite high-end too for the money I paid for.
