Clean rooms with everything you need for a short stay. We declined room service as we were only there for two nights. But each day, a fresh bag of clean towels were hanging on the door handle when we got back. Reception desk were friendly and super efficient. The location was in easy walking distance of the shinkansen train station. In the business district, I think, so fairly quiet at night. The train station also has access to the underground again, with easy access to the rest of Tokyo.

March, 2023 I had a wonderful stay in this hotel room. It was clean and cozy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The amenities provided were a nice touch, and the complimentary bread and coffee in the morning were a delightful addition. What made it even better was the hotel’s convenient proximity to the metro station. Overall, a great experience!

Location: Near to Hanzomon Station which link to most of the place you will visit as a tourist. Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable. Just too small. Service: Reception Staff is nice & explain their hotel facilities. Facilities: In room facilities is well maintained but the aircon blowing sound is a bit loud. check out process is simple and is friendly. Washing Machine & dryer is available but a bit expensive for us, nearby there is a laundry shop provide larger machine with cheaper price. free breakfast (just a bread) & coffee & tea. Lastly, the hotel design is modern.

Love this hotel. The room is super compact yet equipped with all the necessary amenities. Also the ventilation system is so good that the bathroom and my clothes and towel dried completely very quickly. The location is superb as it is right next to the Hanzomon station exit 1. Staff members are very friendly and eager to help. There is also a drink machine that provides complimentary hot drinks, and also a toaster and microwave at the lobby. The design of the hotel is chic and stylish. The shampoo smells really good too - a minor bonus haha. Would love to come back!

The rooms were smaller than I expected, but the service and quality was exceptional! The entire bathroom was heated, toilet and mirror too. The beds were comfy, the service was quick and helpful. They stored my bags after checkout and I plan on returning!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
