My first time in Vietnam and Nesta Hotel was my choice of stay as it suits my family needs. The room was in great condition, theres a bathtub for my kids to play in and a decent size pool on the 9th floor. I was always greeted with a smile at the reception with the staff opening the glass door each time. On a side note, the streets of vietnam might be a little loud even at night so just be prepared and for those looking for a muslim friendly choice, the buffet spread is non-halal but you can have the pastries instead. 10mins walk to the ever popular Malaysian Street where you can get your halal fix meal. Thank you again Nesta Hotel for the Birthday fruits, was really surprised by the gesture.

I had a pleasant stay for 4 days 3 nights during my recent trip to Saigon. The room was clean with comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staffs, I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Yummy, with many choices. Congratulations to all. Keep it up.

room is good, but the carpet is stained. Breakfast is various and qualitative. Rooftop pool is tiny and water is not clean with some algae. Aircon always shutdowns by central setting control in certain hours, and caused too hot to sleep well.

Booked a week needed to extend 3 days staff more than happy to assist with anything and everything. Came to Vietnam for my husband to have dental work unfortunately he got the flu so had to extend to accommodate dental work. Accomodation perfect, quiet clean and great location 2 minute walk to market. Laundry service great returned smelling gorgeous and nicely pressed all the same day. Receptionist (Que Huon) is the loveliest most friendly person, she went above and beyond to help us with what ever we needed. Food great Pool great Staff 10/10 Rooms clean Highly recommend Very happy customer Vicki

Spacious rooms, cold central aircon and very fast WiFi. There are many rooms without window though. Breakfast buffet are served with plenty of variations. Restaurant food prices are fairly reasonable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
