Very good place to stay and visit Budapest! Price is very affordable, rooms are clean and location is very convenient. I would only say that breakfast was maybe a bit overpriced, but it was very nice anyway. I would definitely come back!

Nice place to stay, it is close to center and metro station. The room and bathroom were clean. If you are looking for a place only to sleep here is totally awesome. I heard that the lobby is available to socialize but when i stay here it was not the tourism season. At the night metro is not safety, drunk and homeless people can cause a problem.

We stayed here as 6 for two nights. The room was completely comfy and colorful. They separated the bathroom and WC, while both were super nice. I could enjoy the hot shower every night without a problem. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing experience. The room was exactly the same as the photos, we have booked a private room with a private bathroom. The vibe was really cozy and warm. The staff members were mostly kind and helpful. We would like the young man in the reception to be a little bit more kind sometimes. We also highly recommend it as it was in the city center and it was also very clean.

Unfriendly staff, that are more occupied with each other that with the guests. The boy at the front desk was very arrogant, after asking him to speak a little bit louder because you could barely hear him (a lot of noise at the entrance and the fact that I came with an ear infection did not help) he just laughed and ignored it. Reservations are taken by few people, you have not idea who to talk to, later in the process they are suddenly starting to deal with other people/guests. After a long time filling out registrations cards at the too - small reception deck, we finally got the keys and that’s it :) No information about check out time, where we can find the breakfast or even the elevator. On the other hand, the rooms are new, spacious and well equipped, everything we needed for one night. We chose the option with own bathroom, and here we come, unfortunately not a pleasant experience, that bathroom was nasty! Hair, insects and water on the floor, and a DIRTY toilet. Due to the bad experience we had with the reception, we decided not to report this fact. In the breakfast room we had to spend 5 minutes to finally find a clean plate and cup, everything was dirty. We left it on the table next to us, no one even deigned to take it away. Breakfast was tasty, but with not many option (no vegetables or fruits) only some ready mixed salad. Not worth the money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
