Had a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff willing to assist. 5 minute walk to the beach. 10 min walk to the harbor and amazing history and architecture all around. A must visit if you ever get the opportunity. Only low point would be the bath/shower combination. If not for that would have given the rooms 5 star.

Great location, the staff are also brilliant very helpful with any questions you had! However, the hotel felt like a boutique hotel while the rooms were more like a business hotel, just a little bit of change of decor could have made it that little bit special!

Good hotel in a good location. A bit far away from the city center but this depends what your preferences are. The building is an old, former Institute Pasteur building which was nicely modernized and extendet. Breakfast ist good, staff friendly. One star is taken for the rooms, where I found a lot of dust on the television, which should not be the case for that price.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s also not a 4 star hotel. From the first instance at check in the guy was rude, he didn’t greet us or acknowledge us. He didn’t tell us how to get to our room, what the wifi password was or any other info. The room was dirty and it’s clear work needed to be done. We hung up the sign for our room to be cleaned and when we got back after a long day out we came back to an unclean room. They didn’t bother to clean it for us so we slept and then left the next morning. *BEWARE* - When you go to checkout they’ll try to charge you for breakfast and city tax. City tax is something we have to pay but we didn’t have breakfast included in our deal. So make sure you’re aware they don’t overcharge you. They try to be smart and get you to pay extra money thinking we’re idiots. They’re quick to take your money but not give you the service to go with it. The next hotel we stayed at was a delight, amazing service and super new and clean rooms. It’s a newly build building and the room comes with a mini kitchen with cutlery and a dishwasher! It’s called - RESIDHOME MARSEILLE ON RUE MAZENOD STREET. Please give them a look and book with them rather than these people. The service there is amazing and faultless they’ll give you recommendations and are always there to help.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
