Great service, unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. It will feel like your small home nicely tucked away from the busy sounds and streets of Bangkok. We booked a fan room and got what we paid for. It was small and got the job done for a nights stay. In March we had to spend some time in the lobby with ac to cool down from the heat.

Staff is friendly. You get free coffee and tea. It's also a convenient location to be in, especially if you're an Indian cause there are a couple of Indian restaurants nearby. However, the room was quite basic and the lift is not on the ground floor. If you're traveling with elder people, it might be slightly tedious for them to get on and off repeatedly from the 1st floor, especially because the stairs are quite steep. The room is also quite small and for the same price I was getting rooms twice as large in Phuket. Also, the room service was quite negligible. All in all, it's just a no-frills basic accommodation to stay in. The atmosphere is friendly, but apart from that the place doesn't have much to offer. Somehow I feel I didn't get my money's worth. Happy travellings!

Booked a private fan double bedroom in the older decor. It was clean complete with fridge. We arrived very early around 6am, but despite we were checked into our room - this was great because it meant we would have a snooze. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and great English. Had breakfast in the morning which was simple but good for just 160 baht. All in all really good value and I could start there again.

Staff are amazing and have great customer service, English speaking and very helpful if you need advice on where to go in bangkok. They seem to really care about the guests and it quickly feels like a home away from home. The place itself is in a great location, and felt safe walking around the neighborhood by myself. The room was very clean and comfortable, however strange smell in the bathroom and the shower was always cold water (but at least it woke me up!). The food they serve is excellent but I thought it was a shame that the restaurant closes at 2pm. Would be nice to have a food prep space for guests to use who are staying for long periods and dont want to eat out every night (or open up orders again for evening meals). The overall vibe is very communal and fun which is nice for solo travellers, lovely outdoor areas for chilling out and meeting new people. This can cause a few issues if you like an early night as music goes on til about 2 am and guests sometimes loud, but it's a good atmosphere and they're having fun so don't mind as much. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at new road guest House, and would stay here again. Although there are a few minor inconveniences, the value of money is fantastic and couldn't fault the staff. I think it best suits backpackers and solo travellers!

Such a lovely place in a really good part of Bangkok. The staff is really great, and they speak good English. Small rooms, but a really comfortable lounge area where you will spend most of your time. Free coffee/tea/water. Can really recommend this place, you won't get disappointed!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
