We traveled from Mexico, and although we speak English we were worried about being able to communicate with the staff, but everyone was very nice and their English was excellent! I booked two rooms and due to the low score, my expectations were very low, but I was pleasantly surprised as the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and new. After being in Tokyo, these rooms felt massive. The breakfast could be a little better but we still enjoyed it and the waiter was friendly.

The location is very close to the train station, malls, night markets, restaurants, convenient stores, Starbucks, etc. The room is a bit old, but it is spacious. The toilet tiles are already chipping out. The hotel is actually under renovation. On our last night, the aircon was not working due to some electrical work. The room service was great! The room was always clean, with fresh towels and bottled water/toiletries replenished. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. The hotel rate was just fine, around $200/day.

We had a problem with our room, usually we aren't the kind of people to say something because we don't want to be a bother. But we decided to talk to the staff and they very professionally and kindly found a solution for us. We had a nice stay here! Not the most modern or new interior, but clean and comfortable rooms. A good size too! The only thing we really missed in the room was a full size mirror.

Just stayed here for 3 nights and would 100% recommend and stay again. Room was huge, we are 2 adults and 2 young kids and had tons of space left over. We had a few small room issues (safe and a light) and had two separate maintenance people up to fix things within 3 minutes of talking to the front desk! Wifi was fast and totally reliable. Location was EXCELLENT, easy walk to subway, tourist attractions, shopping, food. Front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations. There's a restaurant on second floor that offered a small buffet breakfast with unlimited Americanos for $10 (randomly closed on Thurs) that was a better deal than the $8 for one coffee and a pastry in the lobby restaurant.

This is a very nice hotel near City Hall. The closest metro station was about a 5-10 minute walk away. The location of the hotel is close to City Hall. The bed was comfortable and the the room was nice and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
