The place is in most beautiful streets of kao San road, near of some of the main tourist places to visit on Bangkok. Good price. Air conditioner with fan. Comfortable bed and good shower. There are always staff at the reception desk.

Pros: Very good location Good prices Good room size Cons: No lift in the building means you may need to climb up 4 floors each time. The ceiling fan is difficult to operate. The air conditioner is very weak and takes hours to cool the room. Their agoda description is horrible as they have given the same pictures for every room type.

If we compare the price and what you get it is a 5 star, the staff is amazing and always welcoming, the room was clean ,ac working, big fan

This is a nice little guest house in the quiet area of the Khao san road. Step out of the front door and you are right in the middle of restaurants. But not near enough to the loud music to be kept awake. The room was clean and tidy with comfortable bed. If you want your room cleaned each day you need to ask at reception. Good value for the money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
