You Only Get wifi access for 3 days. No matter how long you stay. Breakfast is okay at best. Nothing special. Room service is very forgetful, and will not leave you bottles of water. The «clean» sheets you Get has brown marks and spots on them. The pool is small, with barely any sunbeds. There’s not that many hours of sun due to the shadows of surrounding buildings. So If you plan on getting a tan, Prepare to fight for a sunbed.

Nice hotel, there are many incorrectly reviewed places in Bangkok. This hotel is very safe, very clean, very well maintained, has a great pool and deck area. Buffet Breakfast served 0630 to 1030 am. Price is very reasonable for safety, security, good meals and clean room and hotel. There are taxis that will pick you up at the door. There are local merchants along the side streets for clothes and meals. Night market very close by. 7-11 close by. I was fooled by other hotel reviews and was very lucky to have found this one at 4 am.

ask them to call you a taxi to the airport. they call their taxi driver friend who works illegally. the car is not marked as a taxi vehicle. we left our mobile phone in the car. we immediately called the reception to contact the driver and return the mobile phone. they've been lying to us for 5 hours, as the driver went to sleep, to work at night and to call in the evening. now it's evening and they tell us to call again in the morning. they know exactly which driver they called because they had his number in the directory on the mobile phone of the reception

Their wifi isn't strong enough to handle all the people at the hotel. They told me this themselves. It was so ineffective that for all intensive purposes, there's no wifi at the hotel. I burned through my international data plan in a few days. They don't have Kleenex to blow your nose, and you must use toilet paper. There's also no hair conditioner. I would recommend staying somewhere else especially if you want a hotel that has the basics of effective wifi.

Nice hotel, good staff, ok breakfast. Pool is ok. The only problem was that both rooms we got were smelly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
