Had a great stay over the new year’s period. The rooms were perfect for a family of three. The hotel was happy to provide a free foldaway bed for our 5 year old. The harbour views were wonderful for the price range, and the 20% in-hotel dining discount was handy too. The room was also very clean, and the soundproofing was great. Our boy also loved playing with the automated bidet and curtain buttons too as a bonus. Overall, I think it was great value.

Even though this hotel is 5 star and I paid enough I got not good experience here. I understand its Christmas season but at first the staff said I can check in at 2pm. So I went back the hotel the time ,but she said 3pm able to check in. Ok. So I went to eat something and when I back at 3pm. I couldn’t check in. fortunately my friend has other room and her room could check in.but I think it’s rude the staff suggest to me that wait for cleaning in my friend’s room till it’s done. my friend accepted it I waited for more almost an hour in her room. When it cleaned up one staff bring a key to me nothing say anything. He didn’t say sorry just once. Also my room has not slippers so I went front and get it. Not same staff but he didn’t say sorry too. I guess even it’s busy the service was not nice. I never choose this hotel again. I’m disappointed in Christmas.

Fantastic hotel and service. Started with Gabie giving us a warm and friendly check in. Got an upgraded room with a breath taking veiw of the HK skyline and harbour. Rooms were clean and comfy. Pillows were a god sent as I required a good night sleep. Even thought didnt use much of the hotel facilities except the gym which was sufficient. Made our 19th wedding anniversary so memorable. Will definitely come back again for our 20 year anniversary next year.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
