        HYGIENE REALLY NEED IMPROVEMENT !! They didn't clean properly the room before let the guests move in! We even booked the room with them few months ago, supposed they are having enough time to prepare and clean before guests move in. We do enjoy staying here BUT PLEASE DON'T LET THE BAD HYGIENE TO SPOIL YOUR HOTEL. Hope your management and team TAKE ACTIONS on these. 1. Cups provided are dirty, have stains or leftover from previous guests. 2. Tissue box provided is not new one, also dirty have leftover sauces / brown liquids on the side of the tissue box that I have to clean it by myself! 3. Toilet bowl have stains and dirty, didn't have proper maintenance. 4. Big mirror in toilet is not clean, a lot of white dots markings. 5. The room have smoke smells, we do requested a room with NON SMOKING. Please take actions for improvement. Thank you!

        Good but can be better. Much more to be improved to equal its golden years that is nearly 20 yrs ago. (Been here since my childhood when my parent used to work outstation (workcation) and bring us here) The Hot water not functioning on our checkout date and make me thinking that you want to get rid of us faster so you can free up and make up room for next guest.

        The room is not throughly clean there's mosquito in the room and dirt stains. Shower hot water also not really working. The TV is also very old school, cannot screen mirror. The room also has very poor sound barrier. I can literally hear my room neighbour what they're talking especially that one morning where I was awoken at 645am because they were having *** and were moaning so frigging loud!!!

        Had to request for floor mat, bathroom was so slippery. Fridge was not cold. Toilet cannot flush well, got choked easily. Although the room was big, most of the amenities can be way better. Such a pity because of the good cost and location.

        Hotel lobby was looking fine until i took the lift up to my hotel floor, everything felt old and eerie. Lights in my room are not very bright. Not recommended to stay alone unless you want chills run down your spine.
