Great hotel, helpful staff, very clean and run efficiently. It’s right in the heart of the theater district and walkable to penn station and MSG. The elevator system was one of the most efficient ones I’ve ever used and made it very easy to quickly get wherever you need to go in the hotel. Everything was clearly marked and there were always staff around to assist you if needed. The Broadway Lounge and the Revel and Rye restaurants didn’t disappoint and we’d definitely stay here again especially if we were seeing a show.

This was our second stay at this hotel for New Year’s Eve. We had three rooms for 7 people. The M lounge staff were militant about one guest in lounge for us, but entire families of young adults were allowed into the lounge with one key. Additionally, the M lounge was closed with no additional compensation. The first stay we were able to walk out to the barricades and watch performances and the ball drop. This stay we couldn’t even walk across the street to the restaurant we had dinner reservations. We were traveling with elder parents ages 85 and 78. Both of whom used canes. The street wasn’t closed, Marriott just wouldn’t let us exit on that side and wanted our parents to walk 3 blocks to get across the street. We even checked earlier to make sure we could get to the restaurant. Marriott kept changing the exits. We were completely locked into the hotel. We had to cancel the reservation. This would have been the worst stay EVER except for two bellmen Erik and Daily who took great care of both of our parents and saved the stay.

We loved our stayed at this hotel. While it is big and in a very busy location, the hotel is run so efficiently! All our interactions with staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the Revel and Rye for lunch, food was delicious! Our room was clean, comfy and cozy. We can't wait to come back!

The room at the Marriott Marquis was comfortable and provided me with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. While not overly luxurious, it was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room's design was simple yet elegant, creating a calming atmosphere that allowed me to unwind and recharge. My go-to hotel when I travel to NYC for business. I honestly prefer it to the Edition across the street. The gym is large and well equipped. The M-club is large (though does close completely around 10pm - I prefer the locations that still allow you to get coffee/drinks later). Can be crowded but there are a ton of elevators so usually not too much of an issue.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
