I have my service dog, and they were very kind and accommodating. They are pet friendly, so anyone looking to bring their pets, I recommend this hotel. There is a pet area right outside the hotel, which makes it very convenient. The pet friendly rooms are carpeted but they have phone numbers to reach if your baby has an accident. They also offer dog walking. Tom watch bar is perfect to watch any game or fight. Gallagher steakhouse was incredible and so is their staff. We were very happy with our stay here!

An exceptionally well-rounded casino experience! The breathtaking views provide fantastic photo ops both inside and outside the casino. New York, New York truly caters to everyone, and the coaster is a major highlight that draws raves. Personally, I had a blast at the digital Blackjack bar – enjoying rounds and sipping on drinks simultaneously. The abundance of eateries inside creates a delightful stroll reminiscent of a downtown New York borough. Never a dull moment at New York, New York – a must-visit for an all-encompassing and entertaining casino adventure!

My stay at the New York New York Hotel in Las Vegas was a remarkable experience. The impressive recreation of the iconic city of New York in the heart of the Strip creates a unique and vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, with modern decor and fascinating views. The variety of dining options within the hotel is impressive, from authentic pretzels to gourmet flavors at the restaurants. Additionally, "The Big Apple" roller coaster adds excitement to the place. Great hotel, great resort in the heart of the strip! My fiancé and I stayed for a week and we still didn't get to explore it all. There were good restaurants, fun atmosphere and a wonderful casino! The casino isn't smokey, there are lots of games and the only drawback is that they didn't have poker tables, so, if you're in the mood to play poker, you have to go next door but it's only a few minute walk! I would recommend this hotel and resort and I'm looking forward to our next trip!

The food options and gambling area were great. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was a bit lacking. The air conditioning did not keep the room cool. And our room had no dresser or place to hold your folded clothes 🤔. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
