much friendlier than I had expected. spacious clean room. Good bed. no smells of anything - superb! friendly staff. breakfast kind of odd as you have no buffet.

I had a wonderful stay here! A couple problems with my room key stopping working, but the front desk staff was super friendly and helped when that occurred. The breakfast was SO YUMMY and I loved the Bacon Eggwich. It was easy to find when coming from the airport and no problems lugging my bags inside. Would stay here again!

Very bad experience especially the reception! Upon check in, we have a problem that the receptionist did not find our prepayment. We have insisted that the company has paid for us. After waiting and searching, the receptionist found the payment. I do not know, why we enter this discussion at all. Then we have the keys, but been informed about the breakfast timing. Surprisingly, next morning, our reservation was not including breakfast. We have paid almost 150 Euro per night per person per room, why nobody informed us that the breakfast was not included. Why the receptionist did not inform us that by checkin so at least we would have contacted the travel office and solve the problem, but this is confirm what we have faced by checkin, no experience at all. In all hotels, we were, by checkin they inform us breakfast is included or not! by this hotel forget it. The room has the basic facilities, but very bad quality hygiene materials! The room was very noisy as it was directly on the main street and no good soundproof for the room. The air conditioning was not working, despite it was a very hot day in Berlin. On the screen was written “clean filter” I was in room 203! Overall, it was a very bad experience and I will not repeat it!

Hotel was well located, clean and well priced. The room was uncomfortably hot which is odd for Berlin in March. The air conditioning barely worked. The receptionist was unhelpful and uninterested when I mentioned the issue. My friend also staying in the hotel also said their room was too hot so wasn't unique to my room. The double bed was also just two single beds pushed together which kept separating and had to be pushed back together continuously. The breakfast food was adequate. Overall would not stay again due to the uncomfortable sleeping environment

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
