The wasted hotel in JB, Please don't ever stay at this hotel,Damm hugely room...Poor receptionist, Clean totally poor... Feel vomiting room smell, please don't stay here, Management please try close better

Prons: near KSL mall, nearby shops and massage/spa. They serve VERY simple breakfast. Aircon works well. I like the bed like Japanese style on the floor, no bed frame. Has jacuzzi, spacious toilet. Cons: Expensive for the price they are asking per night. Room has no ventilation, smells smoke, no cupboard, hair dryer or fridge. Wifi sucks! Pillows and blanket smells like dust. Low maintenance in the toilet especially the overall cleanliness.

Room full of smoke smell, not well maintained. Toilet is in average or poor condition. Will recommend to change another hotel to stay. Positive is they still provide toiletries and free mineral water.

Booked a standard queen room last minute as my partner and I arrived JB quite late so we decided to stay overnight. Arrived at the hotel and noticed the sofas/seatings at the reception are very dusty, as if they haven't been cleaned for years. Had to wait a bit for our room to be ready. No lift so the only route to access the first floor is the stairs. On the way to our room, we saw there were many worn out/used/old items scattered on the balcony, luckily not obstructing the walkways. Upon opening the door, the room smells musty, looks old and very poorly maintained. Paint on the wall chipping off, floorings peeling off. The bathroom ceiling is mouldy and the clothes rack is rusty. Room cleanliness is horrible - dusty surfaces, strands of hair found on the pillow when none of us has lied on the bed. The drain hole in the bathroom is dirty too, saw some dirt but did not enter the bathroom to see exactly what it was (don't wanna know either). Decided it's best to leave just after checking in about 15 mins, than to risk ourselves getting bed bug/dust mite bites or any kind of infection. Only good thing is location wise, it's not far JB customs (abt 10 mins drive), and there are eateries and massage parlor nearby.

This hotel is just so disgusting. The room is dirty, the toilet is so yucky, the breakfast is super ridiculous and they don't even have a first-aid kit. There's nothing good about this place at all. I just couldn't touch anything. I need to wash my hands everytime as it is that dirty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
