We stayed in a 2 bedroom club room. Room was excellent, great amenities and the comfiest beds. Blackout blinds are great. The shower in the second bedroom ensuite was not working properly and the pressure wasn’t great. Even though our room was guaranteed check in of 3 pm, it was not ready. These were only minor inconveniences. Would stay again as really enjoyed the hotel. Great location.

Our stay at the Next Hotel in Melbourne was really enjoyable. The staff were friendly, the hotel was well located and the room was modern. Our room didn’t have black out curtains, only sheer curtains, which meant it got very light earlier than we would have liked on holidays. If you’re sensitive to light, I would recommend bringing a sleep mask. Overall, well priced and comfortable though!

You will sleep well. I started with the most important thing, the sleep. You will have a fantastic sleep. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are great, the blackout blinds do just that - the room was pitch black! The walls and windows block noise really well. Check-out is easy, we just used a QR code and let the keys in the room. We also got a slightly later check-out (12pm). Check-in was a little slow, but nothing too bad. The 'club lounge' was pretty decent. Canapes in the evening (5-7pm) were great. Breakfast was decent, but it's not a huge buffet or anything. The place was clean, the people were friendly. I mean, it is just a really solid hotel, and I would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! Service was amazing, location excellent. Everything was very clean and made the stay that much better. Pillow service was 👌🏼 Level 20 and the view was worth the extra money! Minor downfall is the lighting, would be great if there was one space in the room you had proper lighting to do makeup an get ready because it’s all very dimly lit, the room service menu left a lot to be desired and a movie channel would’ve been a great touch. We would definitely stay again.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend in particular our stay at Next. The service was amazing! The bed was so comfortable and it’s in a very central location. Would highly recommend this hotel for your Next stay in Melbourne!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
