Best hotel ever!! This place was lovely, beautifully decorated hotel and rooms, with a very comfy bed, super clean bathroom, delicious breakfast that catered for all tastes (pancakes, different types of bread, plenty of fruit, salads, hot meals, coffee, fresh juice, eggs, etc.). The staff is very attentive, although we didn’t deal with them much. They offer laundry services for an extra cost, which was super handy. I will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Stayed at the Junior Suite and got a very good deal via Agoda. Rooms: Room was spacious and clean. Had a bathtub and outdoor shower which were very nice. Breakfast spread is considered above average for a boutique hotel, quite impressed. Service: Upon check in, we were given a lot of useful information by front desk. Front desk was also very very helpful when it came to pick up / drop off of items. Front desk also helped to coordinate a last minute airport transfer (9h lead time). Even though our bike was not rented from the villa, they helped us shift it to shelter to avoid rain / flooding in the area and told us to leave the keys with them at night. Impeccable service. Facilities: Spa is nice, equipped with jacuzzi but it’s chargeable. Pool is fine but isn’t heated, can get very cold during evening times. General: Area may be prone to floods, but adequate measures have been taken to elevate the hotel rooms so that you won’t be affected at night. Bottom Line: Very good hotel. Will definitely rebook it.

The villa is so romantic and peaceful. The room is luxury with the amazing river view. Breakfast in every morning is delicious. The pool is excellent, I can stay in there whole day. It's so lovely to see a duck family swimming back home on the river in the afternoon. That look so peaceful and relaxing. The staff is really friendly and lovely. I will recommend to our family when they travel Viet Nam next year.

Nice place! Everything was awesome! Yet, we booked family room (with explicit notes about our kids) and got the room with two big beds whereas our children are a boy & a girl who are old enough for not sleeping on the same bed. The receptionist did not have that notion (even though she met all of us before giving the key room) and told us "You room is really nice & enough for 4 people". We checked in and yes, it was good for me to sleep with my son and my wife slept with my daughter. We would be even more happy if she cared about that, then the couple was not be separated! 🤣

Very helpful and attentive staff. Nghê Prana Villa Hoi An & Spa was a beautiful property which we really enjoyed here and the old town was accessible within a 10 min by bicycles or taxi with cheap price . There are shuttles bus go to Old Town and back a day too. The pool was really nice. Happy hour in the bar was good and beers were in line with the prices in town. Breakfast had really delicious with a lot of choices . Overall an excellent villa ran by staff who clearly care about your comfort and enjoyment. Highly Recommend 👍👍 Definitely Come Back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
