Cheats and thieves, tried to charge 1.2m VND for a 2 day bike rental, bike had a flat tire when given, dangerous to ride gave back for them to fix and they charged us 650k for a flat tire. Receptionist is completely incompetent and seems to have no other staff in the building. Do not accept cards at the reception as the machines are broken/she doesn't know how they work. Kept hostage at reception for an hour as they have no idea what they're doing)trying to cheat you. Horrible experience.
